The Klax teaching and learning philosophy emphasises individuality, creativity and innovation. It is mindful of social changes and cultural differences. Our approach to children is aligned with their resources, strengths and interests. Klax teachers are sensitive guides who recognise a child’s abilities and potential and facilitate educational success at their own pace. Our facilities are designed to be attractive, safe, practical and exciting. They offer a variety of stimuli for learning.
In the quest for continuous improvement, Klax regularly evaluates its pedagogic values, goals, methods and content to ensure they align with the current social changes and new scientific findings. Creativity is the fuel of learning and development. We welcome creative input from our interdisciplinary team. Quite often, the best changes come from experience, and everyone involved benefits from sharing their ideas with others.
At Klax, all teachers have a personal iPad to document the children’s learning development at any time. As they interact with children, they also use technology as an important contemporary tool that helps them to achieve educational goals. Children see how their parents use digital media on a daily basis. With us, they learn to use digital technology in a project-based manner. For example, they can explore leaves with a microscope app, document their forest excursion and programme robots.
